There are policy cancellations in place, and refunds depend on the terms stated at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

The check in time is 12:00pm while the check-out time is 11:00am

Early check-ins may attract extra fees as may late check-outs.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Identification is required from guests at the time of check in.

Any form of damage that is incurred by the guests on the property will be charged.

Any unlawful acts are prohibited within the premises.

4. Facility Usage

Facilities such as swimming pool, garden etc. are accessible during specific time only which is a part of resort.

All activities must be done following the safety measures for all the guests.

5. Liability

The management of the resort does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

All facilities are provided for guests and usage of such comes standard with all risks involved in participating in the exercises and workouts.

6. Amendments and Cancellation

The resort has the right to change bookings or cancel a reservation because of some circumstances, such as natural disasters.

Any guest who is affected will be informed immediately and can choose to be given an alternative room or be refunded.

7. Force Majeure

The resort cannot be held responsible for non-performance arising from factors beyond the control of the resort such as natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic and government regulations.
